Ozoz Sokoh: What Are the Essential Parts of an Apology?
A conversation on how a mistake lead to a conversation.
Back in February, I hosted a Writer Roundtable for guest writer Isabel Singer. Ozoz Sokoh, a Nigerian food explorer, culinary anthropologist, and food historian attended the event and shared a recent newsletter she had written about what museums can learn from Food and Wine’s approach to correcting mistakes they had made in publishing a recipe on their website.
